  • Sleeping is extremely important for college success. This includes both quantity and quality of sleep.

  • All nighters only help if you have to memorize a lot of content. It doesn't help you learn complex material.

What is the one thing you are now CURIOUS to explore (i.e. something you want to try in your life, something you want to research and learn more about, etc.) and what are you going to do in order to act on that curiosity?

  • I want to learn more about the the specific effect that sleep has on your GPA.
